Membership Fee
- All new members are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee as per the type of membership chosen at the time of enrollment.
- Following their registration members can also enroll to one of our monthly membership plans
Payment Methods
- Revolut
- Automatic billing is available. Contact us if you wish to set up this method of payment
Termination of Membership
- Members may terminate their annual membership within 14 days of payment and notice must be given in writing
- Cancellation of the monthly membership plan can be made at any time and the cancellation needs to be made in writing. We cancel your subscription at the end of the current month.

Amendments
- The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
- All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Cyprus law.

Nicosia Squash Academy undertakes to do its best to supply services in due time in accordance with the agreed time frames. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Nicosia Squash Academy cannot under any circumstances, be required by any Member to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the Member.
In order for it to be admissible, Nicosia Squash Academy must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the provision of the services.
