1. Membership & Payments
1.1. Membership fees for 2025 will be €45 per month.
1.2. Membership fees are payable monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
1.3. Payments must be completed by the due date to maintain access to academy services.
1.4. The academy reserves the right to adjust membership fees with prior notice.
2. Booking & Cancellations
2.1. Training sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
2.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session fee may still apply.
2.3. The academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1. All members must behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow players.
3.2. Any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to abuse, discrimination, or harassment, will not be tolerated.
3.3. Players must wear proper squash attire and use non-marking shoes.
4. Liability Disclaimer
4.1. Nicosia Squash Academy is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred while using the facilities.
4.2. Members participate in training and activities at their own risk.
4.3. The academy is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
5. Privacy Poolicy
5.1. Personal information collected during registration is used solely for academy purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
5.2. Members may receive academy-related updates via email or phone.
5.3. Members can request data removal in compliance with data protection laws.
6. Use of Website
6.1. The content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Nicosia Squash Academy and cannot be used without permission.
6.2. Users must not engage in unauthorised activities such as hacking, copying, or distributing website content.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
7.1. Nicosia Squash Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
7.2. Continued use of the academy services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
